Whys the Server Offline or Online Some Times?

Why does the server always lag or restart Alot?

Why is the server offline for along time?

Heres All Your Questions

1. The reason we Always restart the server is to install and testing plugins to see if they work.

2. The reason we are offline along time is because the Server Owner Must be Online and have to renew it its a free Server.

3. if we have lag problems it must be plugins or way to much players to much blocks it can also be ur computer if u dont have a good internet speed or u dont have alot of gigabytes.
